Task:
On behalf of our client, an internationally operating pharma company, we are looking for a Head of Strategy (m/f) with many years of experience and expertise to join the existing team and lead the strategy team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include:
– Developing strategies that align with the company’s vision and mission
– Communicating strategic plans to top management, including the board of directors
– Monitoring industry trends and analyzing data to forecast future business opportunities or risks
– Reviewing and revising existing strategies as needed based on changing conditions in the business environment
– Identifying new markets for product offerings or services where there is potential for growth
– Creating and implementing a long-term strategic plan, including setting goals and milestones
– Developing marketing and advertising campaigns to promote new products or services
– Creating a vision for the future of the company based on research and analysis of current trends
– Establishing long term goals for the company and developing strategies to achieve them

Profile and Requirements:
The desired candidate has:
– 10+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, or a similar role
– Proven experience leading and managing teams of consultants
– Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and solve complex problems
– Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
– Strong project management and organizational skills
– MBA or equivalent advanced degree
